Start @ 60% of 1RM, increase every set.

 

 

WOD - Death by Thrusters [105/70]

Minute 1 - 1 Thruster

Minute 2 - 2 Thrusters

Minute 3 - 3 Thrusters

etc. until failure.

 

Once you fail, finish remaining reps in round, then cooldown of 400m Jog / 7 Laps.
