1. 12 Chest to Bar Pullups * + 10 Hand Release Pushups *[Scaled: 12 Regular or Jumping C2B]
2. 8 DB Thrusters [50/35] + 6 DB Facing Burpees **
3. Max Calorie BIKE ***
4. Rest

** Lay them out so ends of each DB touch each other to make a super short barbell.
