WOD – AMRAP 8

50 Double Unders / 100 Singles

10 Deadlifts 185/125

 

 

 

 

BOOT CAMP:

Day 4.

 

WOD – Buy-in of a 400m Run, then..

 

6 Rounds

10 Deadlifts

15 Jump Squats

 

Then, buy-out of 25 burpees.
