3 reps @ 75-90% of 1RM.

Drop and reset each rep.

 

 

STRENGTH - Back Squat

5x 80%

AMRAPx 90%

All %'s based off 1RM.

Go until absolute failure on the 90%.

 

 

ACCESSORY - Plank Hold

1 set, how long can you hold it for?

Just bodyweight.
